A New Chapter: Brent Goheen Announces Recent Appointment to the NAMFS Board of Directors

Dear Industry Colleagues,

I am thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you. At the 2023 NAMFS Leadership Summit, elections were held to fill five crucial positions on the NAMFS Board of Directors, and I am honored to announce that I have been selected to represent NFR at the National level. For the term spanning September 2023 to September 2025, I will have the privilege of serving on the NAMFS Board of Directors.

This appointment fills me with great pride and enthusiasm. Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working in various capacities across mortgage servicing, claims, and property preservation. The knowledge and experience I have gained during this time have been invaluable, and I look forward to leveraging them to contribute to the incredible work that NAMFS has achieved in our industry thus far.

Our industry is continually evolving, and it is essential that we adapt and innovate to stay ahead of the curve. As a member of the NAMFS Board of Directors, I am eager to collaborate with agencies, investors, servicers, and fellow industry professionals to propel our field forward. The challenges we face may be complex, but by working together, we can find innovative solutions to address them.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to the outgoing board members who have served with dedication and commitment. Matt Connelly, Phillip Gallo, and Jonathan Dietz have made significant contributions to our industry, and their service is deeply appreciated.

I am also excited to join the new members who will be serving alongside me during this term. Together, we have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and a renewed sense of purpose to the NAMFS Board of Directors.

I want to express my sincere thanks to all of you for your support and trust in me. I am genuinely excited about this new chapter and the possibilities it holds. Let’s work together to shape the future of our industry and continue the great work of NAMFS.

Warm regards,

Brent Goheen
